The estratto conto lists Data contabile (booking date) and Data valuta (value date), then Descrizione, Uscite (money out) and Entrate (money in). Common descriptions: PAGAMENTO POS (card payment), BONIFICO (bank transfer), ADDEBITO SDD (direct debit) and PRELIEVO (cash withdrawal).
Your spreadsheet keeps the Italian descriptions and can use English column names.
Statements for a permesso di soggiorno
Questure and landlords may ask for recent statements. Requirements vary, so check what your office asks for; the Monthly sheet shows income and balance month by month.
