Moving to Germany
For a Blue Card, a flat or a mortgage you may need to show several months of income; the converted sheet shows it with English column names.
An example line
12.03. 12.03. Lastschrift TELEKOM DEUTSCHLAND 39,95 1.842,10 becomes money out 39.95.Opening an account as a newcomer
Deutsche Bank is one of the banks newcomers choose when they need a German IBAN for salary, rent and health insurance. Statements arrive in German; converting them gives you a clean table with English column names that you can send with a visa extension or a flat application.
What the columns mean
Buchung is the booking date and Valuta the value date. Soll is money leaving the account and Haben money coming in. The Saldo after each line is the running balance, and StatementEasy checks every one.
