QNB statement to Excel

Most of Qatar’s workforce comes from abroad, and many of them are paid into a QNB account. QNB statements carry a Post Date and a Value Date, then Description, Debit, Credit and Balance.

1. Sign in to QNB Mobile or QNB Internet Banking.
2. Open the account and choose Account Statement or e-Statement.
3. Download the PDF.
4. Drop it into the converter above.

Salary in, remittances out

Filter the sheet by “TRANSFER” and the Monthly sheet shows, month by month, how much of your salary went home and how much stayed in Doha.

Residence permit and visa paperwork

When a family-visa or residence application asks for three or six months of statements, convert them together and choose “All files together”: Insights shows the average monthly income and the lowest balance. The stamped statement itself still comes from the bank.

Kahramaa and Ooredoo bills

Utility and phone bills recur every month; the Recurring sheet lists them and totals them for the year.
