Statements for a visa, a tenancy or a loan
Landlords in Dubai, consulates and banks usually ask for three to six months. Convert them together: the Monthly sheet shows money in, money out and the closing balance of each month, and Insights lists your salary credits and the largest deposits.
Rent cheques and bills
Rent paid by post-dated cheque, DEWA, Etisalat or du bills and Salik top-ups each keep their description. Recurring lists the payments that come back every month, which is the quickest way to see your fixed costs in the UAE.
For freelancers and business owners
If you invoice clients through an Emirates NBD account, convert the year, filter credits to total your revenue, and export CSV for your accountant or for VAT records.
