ZA Bank was the first of Hong Kong’s virtual banks to launch, in 2020, and runs entirely in an app. Its account statement prints a Transaction Time with the date and the time, Transaction Details, Withdrawal, Deposit and Balance.
StatementEasy keeps the date from each timestamp, reads the two amount columns and checks every row from the opening balance.

Dates with a time
A timestamp such as 2025-03-05 14:23 is precise, but spreadsheets often treat it as text. In your sheet it becomes a real date, so sorting and monthly totals work.
A second account
Many people use ZA Bank next to a traditional bank. Drop both statements together; each keeps its own balance check and its own tab.
An example line
On the PDF: 2025-03-05 14:23 FPS TO CHAN TAI MAN 500.00 9,315.20. In your sheet: money out 500.00, balance 9,315.20.
A virtual bank licence
ZA Bank holds a Hong Kong virtual bank licence from the HKMA and has no branches; statements come from the app only.
