How CNEP-Banque statements are read

Layout: Date | Libellé | Retrait | Versement | Solde.

  • Retrait and Versement are read as money out and money in; the balance checks every row.
  • Dates are read as day/month (for example 31/01); you can export them in any format.

Getting the PDF from CNEP-Banque

Typically: In CNEP e-banking, open the account, choose Relevés and download the PDF. Menus change from time to time; look for “Statements” in online banking or the app.

Use the PDF statement itself, not a screenshot or a photo of a printout. A downloaded PDF contains the text, which gives exact results. Scans work with OCR (beta), but less reliably.

Questions

Does StatementEasy work with CNEP-Banque statements?

Yes. The real CNEP-Banque statement layout was tested: every transaction was found and the result matched the balances printed on the statement.

Is my CNEP-Banque statement uploaded?

Your browser reads the PDF first, on your device. Only if it cannot read it is the file read on our server, and deleted after reading. A statement we cannot read yet is kept encrypted for up to 14 days so we can add support for it.

Can I convert a whole year of statements?

Yes. Drop all the monthly PDFs at once and use “All files combined” to get one sheet with a File column.

Is StatementEasy made by CNEP-Banque?

No. StatementEasy is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Caisse Nationale d'Epargne et de Prévoyance (CNEP-Banque).
