Statements for a loan or a visa
Lenders and embassies often ask for six months. Convert them together and open the Monthly sheet for money in, money out and the closing balance of each month; Insights lists salary credits and the large deposits you may be asked about. Submit the bank’s own statement; the spreadsheet helps you check it first.
For KRA returns and small businesses
Convert January to December for your KRA return, or export CSV for QuickBooks or your accountant. The Categories sheet separates M-PESA transfers, bills and card payments.

Payments made through Eazzy Banking carry a reference that often lands on a second line. It is joined to the narrative of its transaction, so you can search the spreadsheet for a reference a supplier or a landlord gives you.
