An Post, Ireland’s postal service, offers a current account through An Post Money, with cash lodgements and withdrawals at hundreds of post offices — popular in towns where bank branches have closed. Its statement lists Date, Description, Money Out, Money In and Balance.

Cash at the post office
If you lodge cash at your local post office, each lodgement appears with its own description. Filter for it and you can see how much cash went into the account each month, the kind of detail a landlord or lender sometimes asks about.
Withdrawals at the counter are listed the same way.
A simple budget
The Categories sheet groups groceries, transport, utilities and the rest, so a month’s spending is clear at a glance.
An example line
On the PDF: 19/03/2025 LEAP CARD TOP UP 20.00 742.15. In your sheet: date 19/03/2025, money out 20.00, balance 742.15.
Proof of address and income
Some landlords and services accept a bank statement as proof of address. You can hide your IBAN under Table settings before you share the spreadsheet.
