EBS started as a building society and has been part of the AIB Group since 2011; many Irish households have their mortgage, savings or current account there. Its statement uses the Irish banking words Withdrawals and Lodgements, next to Date, Narrative and Balance.

- Sign in to EBS Online or the EBS app.
- Open the account and choose Statements. Select the period.
- Download the PDF.
- Drop it into the converter above.

Lodgements, in plain words
A lodgement is any money paid in: cash at a counter, a cheque, a transfer or your salary. In your sheet they all go to Money in, so one SUM gives you what came in during the month.
Sort by narrative if you want to separate salary from other lodgements.
Savings goals
If you are saving for a deposit or a car, the Monthly sheet shows what you put away each month and how the balance grows over the year.
An example line
On the PDF: 03 Mar 2025 SALARY ACME IRELAND LTD 3,450.00 9,812.70. In your sheet: date 03/03/2025, money in 3,450.00, balance 9,812.70.
EBS and AIB
EBS statements are recognised as EBS, not AIB, even though both belong to the same group, so the right layout is always used.
