- Withdrawals and Deposits are read as money out and money in; the balance checks every row.
- The Opening balance line sets the starting balance.
- Dates are read as day/month (for example 31/01); you can export them in any format.
Getting the PDF from Simplii Financial
Typically: In Simplii online banking or the app, open the account, choose eStatements and download the PDF. Menus change from time to time; look for “Statements” in online banking or the app.

Is my Simplii Financial statement uploaded?
Your browser reads the PDF first, on your device. Only if it cannot read it is the file read on our server, and deleted after reading. A statement we cannot read yet is kept encrypted for up to 14 days so we can add support for it.
Can I convert a whole year of statements?
Yes. Drop all the monthly PDFs at once and use “All files combined” to get one sheet with a File column.
