Bahraini banks tested on their statement layouts
Bahrain is a small country with a dense banking sector, and its dinar — worth more than two and a half US dollars — is split into 1,000 fils. Statements print three decimals; StatementEasy keeps them and checks every running balance.
Two banks share a name across the causeway: Kuwait Finance House operates in both Kuwait and Bahrain, and each has its own profile, so the right currency is always used.
Banks
Detailed pages: NBB, BBK, Al Salam Bank, Bahrain Islamic Bank, KFH Bahrain. Ithmaar Bank, Khaleeji Bank and Bank ABC statements are recognised too.
BenefitPay and Fawri+
Everyday payments through BenefitPay and Fawri+ transfers keep their description; filter them for a monthly total.
Islamic and conventional side by side
NBB owns most of Bahrain Islamic Bank; Al Salam and KFH Bahrain are Islamic too. Their statements show financing instalments and profit, never interest, and convert the same way.
English statements only, for now
PDFs printed entirely in Arabic are not read yet.
Questions
Can I mix Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinar accounts?
Yes, but they are different currencies; keep an eye on the account column when you total.
Is my statement uploaded?
Your browser reads the PDF first, on your device. Only if it cannot read it is the file read on our server, and deleted right after.
